Description
these two brushes i made in gimp. try also using them as smudging brushes to add to the effect.
i recomend using them at 30-40% opacity to get the best result.
it also shows where to put the brushes but i am afraid it is only for windows.
copy the files then go to:
c:/programfiles/gimp/share/gimp/(whatever version you have)/brushes then refresh your gimp toolbar
plz plz plz fave if you like them or use them i would like to see also what you use them for
thnx to gymnart for pointing out where to put these brushes in other formats

In Linux, you place the brushes here: /home/<your username>/.gimp-2.6/brushes
The rest of the instructions should be the same for both systems.
Don't forget! A lot of people seem to be running into this problem: You may also have to check off a box (or make sure it's checked off) in the "Folders" section of Gimp (Start Gimp up > File > Preferences > Go down to "Folders" and there will be check boxes that you have to click on.)
Otherwise, the contents of the Brushes folder will not show up. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like (it's the same for both windows and linux - just different directories, that's all)
